Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet; cook beef strips until browned. Remove.
- In same skillet, add Brussels sprouts, onion, pepper, garlic, and ginger; sauté 5–6 minutes.
- Stir beef back in and add soy sauce. Cook 2 minutes.
- In a separate pan, warm cauliflower rice in 1 tbsp oil.
- Serve stir-fry over cauliflower rice.
